Nitto Kohki introduced the Linear-motor-driven Free Piston technology into air compressors and vacuum pumps in November 1973, and has been continually expanding its range of compressors and pumps ever since, namely AC Linear diaphragm compressors and vacuum pumps and then DC diaphragm pumps. Our pumps and compressors are renowned for their special features such as being compact and lightweight as well as for low noise, clean operation and long life. In 2002, we further expanded our range with the introduction of piezoelectric bimorph pumps. Following this, in 2008 we released liquid diaphragm pumps and DC powered Linear-motor-driven Free Piston Compressors and Vacuum Pumps showing that we are continually striving to develop new products responding to customer needs.
