Composition Pure discontinuous PAN graphite yarns reinforced with discontinuous alloy (Ni-Cr) micro filaments Colloidal graphite Inorganic inhibitor of corrosion Features Special packing braided with pure PAN continuous yarns. Each yarn is reinforced with discontinuous Ni-Cr micro filament that improve the mechanical yarn's resistance. The impregnation occurs in three phases: at first on the single yarn, during the braiding and at end on the body. The impregnation compound is a mix of inhibitor of corrosion and pure graphite. Applications GR8807 Incobraid® is a valve packing particularly suitable for H.P. / H.T. valves operating in power plants, refineries and petrochemical plants, where it need great resistance to the pressure and temperature for very long time. Easy to cut and to install, GR8807 Incobraid® is a graphite packing with high level of certifications and performances.
