Composition Rayon graphite yarns high carbon content Impregnated with colloidal graphite Passive inhibitor of corrosion Features GR8888 is a special packing braided with Rayon yarns high carbon content (99,5%). The yarns are flexible and insensitive to thermal cycles. Each yarn is impregnated with colloidal graphite reach of passive inhibitor of corrosion. Applications GR8888 it’s a packing very high temperature resistant, showing minimal volume and weight loss, able to preserves the recovery over time. Suitable for Valve and Pump applications with all fluids and gases, excluded the strong oxidizers, combustion’s gases and hot air over 450°C.
