Copper Anodes

We offer a qualitative range of Copper Anodes that is produced using innovative techniques. Copper anodes are an intermediate product from the furnaces, are electrolysed in an appropriate solution to yield high purity cathodes. Our consistent fine-grain Anodes are made from 100% pure copper. These are made under strict quality control and technical supervision. The molten copper is deoxidized in the furnace at the end of refining operation. The copper’s oxygen content is too high, and the resulting metal, if cast , would inferior properties for electroplating. The molten copper is therefore, deoxidized in the furnace, by adding controlled amount of phosphorous. The molten copper involves stirring, violent stirring actions help uniform mixing of phosphorous and drive the reaction to completion. Our copper anodes are free from any impurities.
